Been seeing a lot of optimistic 8.0 low/lower-mid tier character matchup charts and thought I'd throw together a more realistic K Rool one. The biggest change he received in 8.0 is a less horrible disadvantage which means no more -3 matchups WOOO (willing to answer any questions)
