this dude is my favourite blade. Its just a shame hes a tank haha - Oh small tip - there is a fourth skill on each blade you can swap in. I only mention this as i found out you could do this after 3 playthroughs.

To my knownledge, there is no official art outside of FEHeroes that shows Sophia smiling.
Not in Binding Blade. Not in Cipher. I think not even in the Manga (but she doesn't show up much there).

Only in Heroes. And she deserves it!
