For the next arc of Sakuma, I'm moving from FireAlpaca to Clip Studio Paint, which means I have to add color palettes, brushes, and whatnot.

Also sometimes there were attempts to detail, as with the chai latte witch, experimented with brushes, as when drawing hats witches -the witch of maple croissant and the witch of apple waffles, and attempts at perspective, like drawing a witch of carrot pie

So I tried a different style because nothing I did was working for me. Here I used different brushes, softer colors, and a different shading method. Looks cute.

Messing around with brushes, and I can't tell if trying to translate my usual eye 'colouring' style on paper into a digital form makes it look uncanny or not.

Here is an old doodle of mine which I often think about redrawing. I have more that I could do, adding paints, cans, brushes, and other mediums I like to use with my art. Have the clouds through earth and not in space. Add more to the space around the drawing. :)

I tend to indicate the details rather than actually painting them all individually. Study brush stroke economy of painters and get/make yourself some handy brushes, especially for stuff like fuzz and scales. This simple portrait took me a few hours.
