the lore of SMT IV really confuses me and i need a lot of explanations but also its just so fucking cool and u get this sense that the world is so rich with history and interest that the sense of immersion overshadows how little i understand of it

in defense of gokushufudou, they don’t need a big budget animation to convey what it is, a SOL.

whereas an adaption that tries to convey an adventure or fighting genre is essential to have a decent technical section otherwise it ruins the immersion and the purpose of it.
