A piece I did back in 2020 that I really need to revisit at some point and fix a few things as I never liked how this turned out. Mainly the face and light shading. Anyway, I'm sure there are plenty of Carmelita fans out there!

5) Block out the first layer of shading. Evaluate. Keep in mind how much of a pain in the balls you’re prepared for this to be. If you go crazy on the detail in one area, you have to somewhat match it in the rest to a degree.

Color rewards:

Like the lineart, but with a bit more oomph. These are all 'by the brief' - where the patron gets to tell me exactly what they want and I do that and then a lil bit more, but generally keep it to simple yet effective poses/vibes with low key shading.

@HaleyJean_Tho I use FireAlpaca with the correction all the way up because I do not have a stable hand with a mouse. I use several layers but I usually do the lines and color. Sometimes I shade. I use Gaussian Blur for glows and sometimes with dark shading.
Occasionally I draw with MSPaint.
