Hi all!
Here is chapter 1 of 'Way of the Departed' ... again.
I decided to republish this for a few reasons:

1. I have corrected some pretty embarrassing typos.
2. I have rewritten the foreword.
3. Maybe this will get it to some new readers.

Chapter 9 will drop tomorrow.
