2019 Art Summary

Probably my most unsatisfactory year of art so far (I even skipped a whole month), but at the same time understandable since I transitioned to new place & workplace this year.

Hope 2020 would be better.

The classic NES game that only got a cartoony artstyle when coming to Smash (because before that it was sprites and regular artwork. See: stage).
Really just at stage 4 to transition into the "vs two fighters at once" of next stage. 😅

Big thanks to for sending me the Artist 12 Pro! It's been a blast to use and I've really enjoyed my time with it. I've been using non display tablets since I started digital art so transitioning to this one has been great. I have some extended thoughts on it below👇

I think this year was a year of transition to me. In artstyle and in lifestyle. I have learned many things about myself, my art and people; 2019 was tough and good to me, like a teacher.

I feel prepared to the new decade! I'll be working hard in 2020 🌟
