i have an on/off relationship with drawing which is frustrating bc i know i could be way better if i continued to practice, but alas! the hs one is from my sophomore year bc it's the earliest digital piece i could find

Written history doesn't go back that far, but I do have art from the middle of HS, a comic strip about sentient cheerios.

ive had a really bad art block for like 2+ months now but! this is end of hs (2010-11), not beginning. but i was too lazy to dig further. also proof Valentine used to be baby

Doing what I've seen other older artists do as well; I started high school long ago and finished it over a decade ago soooo here's when I was start HS, end HS, current.
I didn't do much art my senior year tbh. Only sketches.

beginning of hs vs end of hs. in 2016 i pretty much exclusively only drew characters with blending/rendering and now im a bg bich all about flats and simplification

@altermentality I actually did a comparison a while back of every major Link drawing I made since the first one I ever posted. Technically HS would be 2011!

This was from about a year and a half ago. I started drawing at the end of hs but kinda gave up when i went to uni. At year 4 i kinda realised i should have stuck with art instead of being an engineer, and now im trying to make up for it.
