DQ9 Hero

As far as I know, DQ9’s Hero only has a legendary armor under their name. There is no instance of him having a legendary sword or shield.

People can argue that the Stardust Sword is his iconic weapon, but that weapon isn’t used in 9’s story… so…

DQ5 Hero

Even though he can use magic and equip weapons such as a sword and shield, he cannot equip the Zenithian Sword and Shield like his son can.

And since the theme requires all playable heroes to do just that, he was reduced to be an alt color for Erdrick.

If you're creating a shield, consider using the Simple Deform bend modifier. You can model the shield flat and then select the bend angle afterwards, saving you time.
