aradia's assbeating does awaken vriska in the dream world tho, which puts another point on my "trauma is what wakes u" theory

but again this shit doesn't matter bcuz we already know all the dream selves die before the trolls catch up with john

this injury tho is apparently what causes terezi to wake up in the dream world....

between this, john and sollux's awakenings, i wonder if some kinda severe trauma is actually a requirement to awakening in the dream world

turns out sollux is able to come back from the dead bcuz his dream self can effectively take the place of his real self, i guess???

also he has two dream selves for some reason. which i guess explains how he can sekiro shadows die twice but still be alive in john's arc

Either the John Byrne or Phil Jimenez version of the design would be amazing!
