I probably should've clarified that I meant the initial manga design and not just in general.

The eyes are more upturned, the nose is beneath the faceplate,
and the faceplate is a bit taller with wider vents than in the anime.

The OVA version is a little closer to this design.

Lol okay yeah the episodes 2 and 5 of generations design of Looker is a bit goofy, but personally I think his design in episodes 12 and 17 is actually pretty good.
A nice balance between realistic and his original cartoonish design.
