One thing I like is incorporating threes into the designs of my angel-like ocs. Aside from the wing motif, they have 3 glowing spokes in their eyes that represent the "trinitarian symbol", a connection to their creator.
This isn't exactly a big deal but Percy's sadness is constantly associated with the color gray, his apartments for example is pretty much colorless, and he's constantly wearing a plain gray shirt UNDER the pink one. @honeymoss_ Before I made Mel, I had an Ocelot fursona named Arcy.
The more I developed her the more she felt like just another OC and not someone who represents who I am, presonality-wise. And I picked a feline because it was more common.
