Sadly the colors not being really bright and poppy in the ingame sprite makes it feel a little weaker to me. But I still think the design feels well assembled to be converted to such a sprite.

It's also the cheapest thing they can pull off! They don't have to make new sprites, other than animating them again for the special attacks.
