Just because a show is on a network whose target demographic is children, doesn't mean teens and adults can't watch and enjoy it.
In fact, many of the most well-written, thought-provoking shows (whether they be funny or heartbreaking) I've ever seen on TV were animated.
Animation is for everyone.
It doesn't matter who made it, where it came from, how old the story is, if it's 2d or 3d, movie or show, or who the target audience is. Everyone has a right to watch animation.
Animation is for everyone. This is obvious to anyone who has ever enjoyed a cartoon show or an animated movie.
Good stories are good, regardless of who the target demographic is. Animation can be a vehicle for imagination.
I say...embrace it all.
