bmp2pcgからImageMagickを連携する試作。
BMP以外の画像ファイルからリサイズ、回転、減色、センタリングなどがいい感じに出来るようになった。
コマンドをbmp2pcg.exeの引数で渡してるので長くなったのが難点。
あとVCのワイド文字列ややこしい

EXE: Strife.FLA-- result of someone attempting to hack in MAG Hank and Antipathy Hank. It didn't work and now Hank's fighting himself.
AU: Both Hanks got grabbed in 9.5 Part 2, Magnification had to accommodate two Hanks in 1 body
