As character artist i often think about canonic WoL from ffXIV.
How did devs made practically non-existing character this resonating and popular. There's alot of fanart, comic stripes with this dude.

What got me was the way he develops in the CT storyline. The feelings I had for him absolutely blew up during SHB, and seeing how the interaction with the WoL, expressions, choice of words, all felt very sincere, only made those feelings stronger. 11/10 writing of his character.
