Here's the three first NPCs they met. Kavla -the kenku rogue- and Iovurken -the aarakocra- are workers in The Nest, a cozy inn near the capital. Dalshen, a drow paladin, is a knight-in-training, who asked the PCs for help with what seemed to be an easy task.
