While it's not my first #digimon sprite, I did kind of wanted to see how well I could draw a sprite mostly taking inspiration from the LCD art and artwork. Plus @extyrannomon's style.
Many mistakes were made, and this doesn't exactly represent a desired style nor meant for use.
One more. The detailed description was written by ChatGPT and then pasted directly into Midjourney to generate the images. These are amazing as reference for environment work.. and in my opinion AI art should be used for that, not as the final product:

Honestly, I could probably always draw like this, it was just a matter of distributing myself the effort it needed.
I never felt motivated and when I did I thought I couldn't improve. Having patience with myself and a lot of energy drinks I'm proud of my work.
Btw, I know exactly how curmudgeonly that sounds. 😅
But look at the dotted style of @erikswahn's Punktwelts, the joyous, expressive lines of @presstube, and it's obvious that they are integral parts of the work.
