This drawing of the Candy Kingdom was actually one of the test backgrounds i did to get the job designing the world for I guess i was the right fit! My first real job in animation, and i had no idea what i was doing! Fun fact - i created the gum ball guardians!!!

A Sega CD remake of an old STG that debuted on Japanese computers. Silpheed is a master of using SCD limitations to create stunning visuals w a lowpoly style. The FMV backgrounds rarely feel grainy and mesh well with the polygonal ships onscreen.
