Getting horrible performance lately, almost no upstream regardless of server and bitrate chosen. Photoshop and GPU are on 40-50% max load during rendering, my internet is more than capable. Anyone with good advice?

GPU30℃以下、CPUは30℃半ばなのはこんなもんな気はするけど。

メモリ使用は10％程度だしもっと使っていいから変形処理軽くしてよクリスタ。
