On one level this scene is a sunset viewed from below a mushroom, but as it is spelled in many levels of abstracted forms it is also an ambiguous playground for the mind.

It is a scene spelled in layers of symbols interconnected & abstracted to various degrees, an ambiguous exploratory feast of the eyes. It is always the viewer who creates the final marks with their perception not the artist. What did u create/find?
Lenny Kaye from Patti Smith Group made this anthology of obscure psych rock tracks in 1972 and he was able to nail all the visual motifs associated with the modern perception of 60s pastiche in the album art even though it had only been ~2 years since the decade ended.
