肉体改造中です。何から始めるかわからなかったので、とりあえずTarzanを読んでみました。簡単そうな筋トレにトライしてみたものの、しっくり来ません。体が異常に硬いことが原因でした。この状態からの筋トレはケガする恐れあり。まずはストレッチから。自分のイラストみたいにゆるくなりたい。
