8 - Wartortle
Type: Water

Its long, furry tail is a symbol of longevity, making it quite popular among older people.

Orphaned as a hatchling, Tregu has never known another Tortle. For over a hundred years Tregu has worked as a shipmaster, ferrying people and goods along the Western coast of Issylra.

Wartortle is probably my favorite member of this line! I like it's Wing "ears" and it's swirly tail!
It somewhat reminds me of the Flying Koopas from the Super Mario Bros games

Also I like it's color scheme

In my head I've associated Wartortle with this Japanese art piece cause of its tail and in my head Ive associated Blastoise with tanks and "Fucking America" in big bold letters cause of its shoulder cannons

Ale, Zhutritón. No es un tritón azul clásico porque me parece que un koi le pega mas.

Tuve suerte que salió una raza parecida para mantener mas o menos el diseño y no algo como un tortle.

Allow me to introduce you to my DnD character, Kalmia the snapping Tortle. She's a druid who loots everything she comes across. I'm not very good at DnD but I sure am having fun. Her current conquest was taking a dragon skull from a bunch of death thorns and wearing it as a shell

I just now realized how unnecessary wartortle‘s “fluffy” ears and tail are.. like its a one evolution thing, it doesnt continue to blastoise. Sure blastoise has ears and a tail but they look nowhere near wartortle’s. The tail is a COMPLETELY different shape!
