Someone who isn't talked about a lot is Ayumi Namae, character designer for FFXIV. She is the one who designed characters like Yotsuyu, Yugiri and Lyse, but also designed outfits for Y'shtola and Urianger for Shadowbringers.

She started with FFXII, designing Ashe's wedding dress
