Yes! IMO I think a lot of it had to do with people mistaking their playful ribbing with abuse. Ppl take everything they say seriously. My fave char ever is ‘12 Raph and he is horribly misunderstood by a lot of ppl. They are blind to all his soft/sweet moments & say he is horrible
