Just read about the various iterations of Karai from TMNT and was very surprised to learn she isn't always Shredder's daughter 😮. There are some interesting different takes, but her being the bio-daughter of Splinter and stolen by Shredder is still my preferred origin.

Emy's design would receive some tweaks in the time between ASD's second and third iterations, really just giving her a split skirt with a seethrough silk side and making her a bit more fanservicey. However ASDv3 fell through and her character was in limbo for a few years.
