Joan d’Arc, Big Bad Ladybug

Now this is one of my favorite looking OC’s of yours, such a sick design, and she also got some banger lore too. I thought I’d throw in my own touch to this beauty, hope ya enjoy

RJayStreet is just a fun squish-together of my full name.
Jeanne is the French variant of my middle name, my grandma’s name, and my Confirmation saint from middle school: Joan of Arc. She was burned at the stake for heresy and legends say a dove rose from her ashes.

I often find ghosts are better implied than depicted literally, but I am fond of Inger Edelfeldt's portrayal (c.1985). I also like Joan Wyatt's classical-style shades (1979), and Victor Ambrus' phantom warriors from A Tolkien Bestiary (photo to come sometime soon)
