This design still isn't complete; we're still working on refining the design. I'm thinking he's going to have a bit more of an "ogre green" base color.
Model sheets are created to show a character in its final form so the animators can understand the character to be able to animate it. Some of the model sheets are from the Kenner design team. Others are from the animation team with refining to make them easier to animate.
Not that the right illo is “bad” per say, but wow have I come a long way. I can really notice my skills refining with more practice & I’m starting to gain a better understanding of texture use, shading, color ways, etc.
Illustration brings me so much joy 🥰
i TRIED making a quirrel gijinka (with HEAVY inspiration from @/DeusExMakena, thank you so much for making one of the best gijinkas of him 🙏) but I expect future me will do some refining and such LMAO

I'm getting to the point with this guy where I'm mostly refining shapes and cleaning up detail so progress feels really slow. Currently focusing on his face and hair to see if I can really nail the soft and fluffy shapes. (still have a ways to go)
