Today is the SEVENTH anniversary of Handplates! SEVEN YEARS i've been working on this dumb comic, haha. It feels like forever, and yet like no time at all in a way. So to celebrate, here are some of the more recent events with Gaster's old Lost Soul head. The iconic look!

The RX-78 has aged fantastically for a robot from the late '70s. The fact that they feel the need to overdesign it for "updated" kits always feels wrong, even the RG/MG 3.0, which is a design I still like in a vacuum.

I'm kinda happy and unhappy with that color shading if that makes sense lol. I like the deepness inside but also don't like it cuz it feels like it's a bit dark IDK? lol
But I'm happy that I tested that out ^^

thank you for your input!!! at first i wanted to mess around with palettes from reference, but i wanted something that feels like early dawn, with a hint of freshness.
this is the final draft I went with, which doesn't make much sense but i think looks really nice!

Thanks for making this year truly feel like the year of Sonic, putting aside all of the fandom issues we have now and then, seeing so much passion put into this franchise in so many areas this year has felt good.
