Ocean Waves (1993) was a charming coming coming-of-age story about friendship and love. Considering that Ocean Waves was made by young staff members and was the first film which was not directed by two Ghibli greats, the result is a really good movie.

Super dumb theory tbh but the tv is blue screening so maybe the tv has no connection and perhaps the tv lost its own connection or someone tampered with the radio waves?
