A menagerie of blending modes make up that sword blade lol, I like how it came out I guess... as with many spitpaints I wish I had just a few more seconds... did a last minute color dodge gradient over the blade.

Quick tip to make your colors pop: When looking for a color to use for the shadows don't just use a darker gradient of the same color (with the exception of red and green) but rather go for a warmer color and then make it darker: For example blue becomes purple and yellow orange

Making Link... But in splatoon. This is 100% original and isn't done 100 times before if you search it on google. I refused to make actual textures for the hair and used gradients and a voronoi texture. I'm missing a few belts.
