I have a real soft spot for Middle Earth: Shadow Of Mordor. While its not the most faithful to the lore at times, it was still really fun to play, and I thought the nemesis system mechanics with the Orcs were pretty rad aswell.

Here's a little post about the mechanics of the Borgman/Cyborg Hunters from Sonic Soldier Borgman by Ashi Productions and SEGA.

Kinda feels quite Kamen Rider-esque considering how the story of Borgman goes.
