Thread: Jean Delville (1867-1953) was a Belgian Symbolist painter. His art was a fantasy of dramatic compositions & lighting, characterised by melodrama. I think we’ll see this fin de siècle style gain in popularity in the coming years.

@wes_ley_b @crt_bot2 Soooo different. I prefer the Sony but that's no surprise since it's my childhood set. Composite looks better on the Sony, but S-Video looks gorgeous on both. The Commodore is sharp as hell though. Here's composite on my Commodore (left) and the Sony (right)
heres another version with hard lines. I think that something like this could make for a cool composition for something else at some point, but this isn't quite composed well enough to pull it off idk

@adribbleofink S-Video looks gorgeous on it, but I'm sorry to say that haven't been thrilled with composite. It's sharp, but introduces additional artifacts and weirdness that I've never seen on other sets. Here it is (left) compared with my consumer Trinitron (right).
