Another Mumak drawing someone encouraged me to finish.
Still a novice with Clip Paint Studio. I’m not as well adjusted to the shortcuts and layers as I am with photoshop, I’m working with different brushes for the coloring
Been studying my favorite art style that drew a lot of Nier and Bravely Default stuff for a while and finally sorta mastered it. Mixed up my rendering together, exactly what I'm going for. This is gonna be my main full render from now on. I'll still use other brushes for fun.
Last time I tried Clip Studio was three or so years ago. I recall loving the brushes, but finding it painful compared to ink on paper.
But I got a fancy tablet last year, so maybe it's time to give it a new go.
This quick test has convinced me I need to take in some tutorials.

@TheBonePone unfortunately, i don't know much about places to get those brushes, but what i did here for example (and hopefully this does help) is to make the grass have subtle lines and have some linework over the character. So as i like to think of it as hair
not much of a major impovement but comic brushes changed my life man

Art tip: if you use textured brushes, it tricks people into thinking ur good :
I'm home for one night and I find out my roommates decided to use all these expensive paints I left out without asking, destroy my real hair brushes, and use my BFs dead fathers stuff as a paint stand, "well I assumed it was ok cause you left the bag of paint in the living room-"
