So that's Hatsumi Sega or Segami, the love child between Sonic the Hedgehog and Hatsune Miku. Completely owned by Sega and coming from a Neptunia spinoff that people are now eyeing thanks to the recent eyes on her
Now for a big question, who owns Segami. The answer is Sega. Neptunia's company characters work ina strange way where despite being design by IF/CH and used by them unless they're Iffy or Compa they do not own them and have to get permission to use them (examples below)
Now why Miku you may be questioning? For the longest time Miku was viewed as a mascot for Sega in Japan as Sega had partial ownership of vocaloid and still does, even today you can still find traces of Hatsune Miku being a second mascot for Sega with something like Crossworlds
It would make sense for them to collab thus they did, designed by Tsunako, the main illustrator. Segami would began being sketched and redefined to the character she is today which would be a mixed between Sonic The Hedgehog and Hatsune Miku

I really hope I could make being a fulltime artist viable but its becoming really difficult since I haven't gotten at least 3 slots and I'm currently unemployed so I can't justify being a fulltime artist vs. work on corpo to my family and they already told me to keep applying....
