in a sense, these scenes perfectly set the mood for the rest of the flashback, and while the effect is slightly different than the one from the LN, the anime format kinda requires this dif approach

i notice a lot of rigs have issues with head angles, particularly bangs not curving properly over the head. remember to consider the curvature of the head when rigging hair! hair drapes over the head! pulling it slightly over and making the curve more dramatic helps convey depth

there’s so many clear diffs
- Outlines are way more pronounced
- Shigaraki’s hair is longer and more detailed.
- Gran Torino’s cape is more detailed and highlighted
- Colors are more contrasted, giving a more dramatic effect
- Shigaraki’s expression is also slightly diff

New tablet doodles. New one is 3" bigger and has MUCH better color accuracy. It has a slightly matte-er texture so the pen has a bit more resistance, which will take some getting used to, but I like it so far~
