for me I've tried doing detailed eyes with weird shapes and shit when in reality apparently just doing circle eyes was what fit with my style the most.

Also ur style seems simple already and I like it, not that I can talk since I get simpler every time I draw.

i do think the most solid art advice is to latch on and become obsessed with a character/ship so intensely that they r all you draw. you improve so much. it’s cool u can can see my artistic evolution with xiaoven. these are from a good 1-2 yrs ago…i wonder how i’ve improved now.
