Well this started out as just doodling a fun pose and I ended up turning it into a random witch character and experimenting a bit with some brushes and effects in Procreate. I think it came out pretty funky 😅

Tried Clip Studio Paint again! Fiddling with all the brushes ended up looking vaguely dragonish, so that's what it became.
