@fodase31648927 @BlurArtifact @themmnetwork I don't really agree. The PSX-era titles have a very different feel from the SNES-era titles (not as much in X4, but still noticeably different). It's all in the proportions.

Big hands/eyes/head, doll proportions
Cute, pastel
Soft edges and smooth clean colored lineart
Minimal shading
Sparkles

@gaulergolf I feel like it needs to happen, in your awesome MASK style (something like these). If you feel inspired, I say you are the man to do it. If not, I might try it myself & ask you for some tips. Personally I hate trying to get straight technical lines and proportions correct. Ha ha.

Issue with the previous drawing was that the proportions between the chin and the nose were too high and the left eye was lower.
I still think there is something a bit odd about it but can't quite figure it out yet.

This ain't about "thick thighs" anymore. This is just a violation of basic human proportion, holy shit. It makes the artist look like he can't draw honestly and it's a shame because many of his other pieces are great...
