Flat color of Welsey so far! He smokes mostly from a pipe, but will settle for cigarettes if he has to, and he doesn't smoke often, just when he gets shaken up or really nervous :3 I'll draw him in his hat at some point

kyu went through minor design changes in the final cut but funny enough hachi's design had some drastic changes from the initial concept sketches before i settled on what i was happy with. here's an old concept of hachi (kyu ended up getting shorter)
