Si pudiera volver al 2009, me recomendaría varias cosas. Pero entre todas, volver a tener el mismo largo de pelo es un logro recuperado (después de 10 años de cortes desastrosos de pelo). ♥ sigo-->

I don’t have art from 2009, but I can give you 2015, when I first started drawing digitally. Five years of progress and I still can’t draw backgrounds but at least I know how to draw feet.

Alright, couldn’t really find any of my old “art” from 2009, so these ms paint turds from 2008 will have to do~

I don’t have any art from 2009, but I have one from 2014 while I was in high school. Hope to make more progress next decade! 🎊🎄🍾

Ok these aren't quite from 2009, but early 2010, but I think my art has improved over this decade! Here are the two oldest digital drawings I could find vs. two favorites from the past 6 months. I hope I can continue to improve further in the future! ✨

2012-2019
I couldn't find anything from 2009, but these are the best ones of each 2012 and 2019.
Some improvements where made I guess

My entire digital art career has happened in this decade. Don't have any drawings from 2009, but here's a good 2015 vs 2019!

Just finished the last batch of the year, bringing my total count of completed Slightly Damned comics in 2019 to 50 pages!
Since 2009, I've made 650 pages of my webcomic. How time flies! Thank you for your support over the years! https://t.co/X5MlJ4uXF0

Its time for ! Seeing the change and glow up is almost absurd! It's not exactly 2009, as I redrew this from 2012, but close enough right?

I don't have anything from 2009, so I can't exactly do since the earliest digital drawing I did was from 2011. So this'll be a thing!

also before I post the decade in review I just wanna talk about how even though it was right at the tail end of the 2000s in late 2009, this is the first digital drawing in ~Recorded History~ I ever did LOL

Books! While the Official Complete Works are technically from 2009, we didn't get them in English until later. Recently, both have been reprinted with hardcovers! We also got Capcom Special Selection: Rockman EXE and Ryusei no Rockman, as well as JP manga reprints.

However, I’m honestly still unsure how to equally balance my professional, fan, and personal work all in one year. I may be overshooting this goal but I’ll drive 2020 to be my most balanced year yet! 💪✨🎊 oh & if you want to see old hs art in 2009, here are some treasures haHA

Closest comparisons I could find for this.

I have almost nothing from 2009, because I was barely into art back then, this was a poor school project attempt.

It took me until 2012 to really get started with art, I don't consider myself naturally inclined, tho.

2010 vs 2019
I don't have anything from 2009, but wanted to show off the improvements I made over the years.

I didn't think I even had a digitally colored picture from 2009, but I found one in the depths of my DeviantArt.

Also from 2009, this was an important commission for rhaynes37 on deviantArt. I never got to know him very well as he died not long after I drew this, but I know he adored his ferrets. I think of him often. I wish I could tell him how much I love ferrets now. (6/10)
