I'm infinitely grateful for the way my life has changed and the many ways I learned to work WITH the way my brain works, not against it. I'm so happy I have found ways to replenish my energy to avoid burnout and making sure I slowdown one way or another.

The past few months have been horrible and events have led to one of the worst burnouts Ive ever experienced.
To top it all off Ive been sick for the past month with the stomach flu, a cold, terrible PMS, and now covid.
Im feeling better and Im trying to do the things I love.
