So, as I promised, a little thread.

The book is massive, 350 pages, full of Layouts, Gengas, AD/CAD corrections, timesheet etc.
I definetly recommand buying it if you're a fan of the Eva franchise.

Character designs were created by Akemi Takada (高田明美) and are very reminiscent of her later work on Kimagure Orange Road. She didn't supervise them though and animation direction duties were handled by Masako Gotou (後藤真砂子), who'd later work as CAD on aforementioned show.

久々にCAD作業
放熱を考えて肘関節を再設計する。

今までは
３Dプリンタ部品で囲って支えており、放熱しにくく、ファンを付ける隙間もない(上)

次は
構造を板金で支えて、プリント部品で覆う部分も最低限に
肘頭に薄型ファンを背負わせてみる(下)

見た目の丸みは無くなっちゃうけど
