An outdated design as I've since redesigned this character, but I still really like this piece. This is Destiny the Chimera, a clone-hybrid from 200 years in the future, created by Eggman Nega through a merging of the alien DNA of Shadow and the spiritual essence of Tikal.

I think the problem people had with the third phase was due to the basic formula for the boss being done 3 times by that point and didn't help that the design of the final form looks similar to the Nega Wisp Armor. Forces already had reused stuff and this only made the fire worse
