Funnily enough, you’re correct. When I first started doing Monster March 2 years ago, I tried to stylize it as a “Monsterverse Animated Series”. Granted back then I really took some liberties with the approach. But with every year comes a new thing to learn and apply.

Sometimes, I think about the 2000s Bandai America key art render of the Quantum Ranger and how it boldly took liberties from the TimeFire design, only for it to be modified to show-accuracy on the final box art.

Part of me has a soft spot for that split clock arrow aesthetic.

Here comes a feline Jedi! A rendered, halfbody badge for . This was a challenging piece to color and render, so I took liberties with lighting to keep from losing a lot of details in the shadows, and I’m happy with the result. 😁👍
