This reminds of Realistic Paint studio. It has a trial and if you really like it, it's $20 or $25 if you want a few cooler looking brushes. That's not necessary tho.

Thanks! I play with a lot of chalky texture and 'realistic' brushes. There are lots of great free ones around- as an example I painted a quick lil Ragdoll using one of Aaron Griffin's free brushes. I also recommend loading them as mixer brushes to get that nice smudge effect 😊👍
