They do! Here is a pinup illustration I did using mostly Neopiko-2 markers with a few Copics and Shinhan Touch markers! There is really no difference when it comes to blending between them

Practiced my copic markers skills recently over ‘s Danger Girl coloring book. I’d recommend the book, it’s got a lot of great covers. It’s hard to take photos of copics, the camera flattens the values. Unlucky, lol.
