Being a writer/artist on the left shows my 'writing' process. Hammering out the pages in thumbnail format, clean it up a bit, rearrange panels, create new ones, then it goes into the inking, colors, letters.

After a lot of thinking, I think this is the color scheme for this character. Thought I wanted a character with lilac hair, I think there is another character in this that can have that.

got me thinking, imagine if Berserk was handled by the same company that does Black Lagoon. That series is well looked after and has gotten 3 artbooks within the span of 15 years. It took Berserk to get 1, albeit mediocre, after 24 years...
