so i usually like to think of hair as ribbons when i'm shading, avoid trying to shade by individual strand because that can result in thin hair (unless thats what you're going for.)
i also use an airbrush and put the skintone lightly over the hair around the face to make it soft

Kitana's face textures are too close for it to be a different person. Someone swapped Sindel's for Kitana's and it was undeniably Kaprice's face.
