Dunno how you're taking bug reports but, ran into fear! Far as I can tell it only happens with the lighter green skin tone, the thinner body type and the third jaw on the top row.

- merge everything onto one layer (sketch and all) and then start rendering
- which is basically cleaning up lines
- example here (nose on the left has thicker line, nose on the right has thinner)
- basically u just colordrop the color next to the line + swipe over. ez
